Our website does not use “cookies” and, other than information regarding the number of visitors to our web site, we do not collect information regarding those who access our web site.  Web sites to which links are provided may collect information and use it in a manner inconsistent with our Privacy Policy.  Please refer to the Privacy Policy of those sites. 

We do collect the email addresses of those individuals who communicate with us via email or who give us their email address.  We also collect the information that those individuals who communicate with us via email voluntarily provide. 

We will use email addresses and volunteered information to formulate our response and may use this information to send news, supplemental information and notice of upcoming events.

 We will not market the information we collect.

The information that we collect will be retained and maintained, to the extent applicable, in accordance with Rule 1.05 of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct which governs use and disclosure by an attorney of Privileged Information and Unprivileged Client Information.

However, should you choose to contact us by email, you should be aware that we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any information contained in your inquiry or our reply thereto.  Such communications are subject to interception and review by unknown third parties over whom we have no control.  Unless you expressly tell us otherwise in any email which you may send to us, we will assume that you consent to our response by email.
